As part of the RMU-funded project “Practical experiments in medical technology – the robot as a surgical assistant”, a new experiment was created for the measurement technology lab, which was awarded the departmental prize for good teaching.

In the past summer semester, students of the department had the opportunity to investigate our in-house development, the robotic arm “Helene”, in terms of positioning accuracy within the framework of the Practical Development Methodology (PEM). It was an ambitious endeavor, successfully realized through cooperation with the renowned company Wenzel Messtechnik.

The Department of Measurement and Sensor Technology is strongly represented this year, presenting results from various research projects in two lectures and two posters.
