The IEEE EDUCON conference is an international event that focuses on innovative approaches and developments in the field of engineering education. It provides a platform for professionals and academics to discuss new trends, technologies and best practices in higher education. The measurement and sensor technology group is represented at this year's IEEE Educon conference in London with two exciting presentations.

Specifically, we will be presenting two papers:

1. “AcoustiFly: An Open-Source, Low-Cost Acoustic Levitator for Hands-On STEM Education” in which we talk about using acoustic levitation to spark interest in STEM.

2. “Medical Robotics for Engineering Undergraduates Through an Affordable Hands-on Lab Experiment”, in which we talk about the use of our self-developed robotic arm “Helene” in university teaching to teach medical robotics.
