From April 13 to 15, 2025, the Measurement and Sensor Technology Group visited the University of Twente in Enschede, the Netherlands. Our host was Professor Gijs Krijnen, a member of the Robotics and Mechatronics (RaM) Group, with whom we have been in contact through numerous conferences and his previous visit to Darmstadt as part of the program. During our stay, we held in-depth discussions on shared research interests and had the opportunity to get to know Professor Krijnen's team. We gained valuable insights into the laboratories, research infrastructure, and working methods of the RaM group. The focus of the visit was to strengthen existing connections and explore potential future collaborations.
We extend our sincere thanks to Professor Krijnen and his team for their warm hospitality and the enjoyable conclusion of the visit with a joint barbecue evening, where we were also joined by several familiar alumni.
