Florian earned his master's degree in computer science in April 2023 within the Serious Games research group. His thesis was titled "GameTULearn: Conception of an Authoring Tool for Creating Interactive Educational Games in a 3D Environment". The thesis primarily focused on the design and implementation of an authoring tool for crafting interactive educational games that is usable even without programming knowledge.
He joined the Serious Games group at ETIT as a research assistant in March 2023 and has since been working in the field of interactive game development and educational technology. Furthermore, he has been participating in teaching responsibilities.
