KIS*MED congratulates Ingo Hoyer
2022/10/05
Congratulations to Ingo Hoyer for winning 1st place in the DGBMT Joint Student Competition. Ingo wrote his master's thesis “Conception and implementation of a RISC-V AI extension for the efficient evaluation of ECG data” in co-supervision of KIS*MED and Fraunhofer IMS, Duisburg (Prof. Karsten Seidl). The methods he developed might help to bring AI even closer to patients in the future, e.g. in the form of intelligent, body-worn medical devices.
