In collaboration with our research partners from the Institute of Condensed Matter Physics, we are evaluating the behavior of characteristic variables such as interfacial tension and adsorption at water-oil interfaces under the influence of acoustic streaming. This is induced by ultrasound and influences the behavior of the soft particles on a molecular level. The results offer possibilities in various fields ranging from pharmacology to the food industry.
