Study Abroad Coordination

The Study Abroad Coordination's team is responsible for international activities and relationships of the department with respect to research and education.

For students who are planning to study abroad the Study Abroad Coordinators are the first to go to for help or advice. During the preparatory and planning phase of the exchange, the coordinators provide advice on exchange opportunities and the appropriate timing for studying abroad. They nominate students for the exchange programmes and help them select their courses abroad (learning agreement). When students return, the coordinators validate the academic credits they have accrued abroad.

Mrs. Gloger is available for first contact and the clarification of all questions related to fundamental issues such as: application, Learning Agreement, recognition, organisation, etc. If necessary, Dr. Haun assumes the detailed expert advice. Answers to frequently asked questions can also be found on our FAQ page.

For general administrative enquiries on studying abroad, please contact the International and External Affairs Office directly.
