Research and Work Area
Julian Kulenkampff earned his master’s degree in Mechatronics with a specialization in Micromechatronic Systems in May 2024 at the Technical University of Darmstadt, where he previously completed his bachelor’s degree. He is currently a Research Associate at the Integrated Electronic Systems Lab at TU Darmstadt.
His research includes analog circuit design for both printed circuit boards (PCBs) and integrated electronics, with a focus on emerging device technologies. His current work involves the design and characterization of analog circuits based on Reconfigurable Field-Effect Transistors (RFETs), as well as the development of experimental setups for Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM) measurements.
