The goal of this thesis is to determine which forecasting problemsbenefit from extended temporal context and why. Rather than applying thearchitecture indiscriminately, you will develop principled criteria for domainselection, run controlled experiments across multiple datasets, and analyzeresults to extract generalizable insights.
