Retreat to Kleinwalsertal: A steep success, and not just scientifically

2024/02/06

As part of the RMU project with audiology from Frankfurt, KISMED spent 3 days at the guesthouse of Goethe University for strategic planning of new research activities and for sporting activities.

The results speak for themselves! In addition to a successful hackathon for the automated analysis of BERA (brainstem evoked response audiometry) with the team from Frankfurt and planning new projects, the strategic direction of the field was refined. Teaching was also not neglected: organizational planning, such as for the lecture “AI in Medicine,” was completed for this semester.

According to the participants, the most enjoyable aspect was skiing in the morning, which provided a boost of vitamin D for the workday without any injuries.

The journey to and from the event was, of course, completed fully electrically!
