How do our bodies react to sounds and noise?

On Thursday (10/19), our review paper on physiological measurements in relation to acoustic stimuli was published in the journal Physiological Measurement (https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1361-6579/ad0516). In the article, we provide a detailed overview of studies examining the response of the human body to different sounds and we discussed the various methods and analysis approaches. With this knowledge, we will soon be conducting our own studies to assess noise effects. Stay tuned!
