Project Seminar: Biomedical Systems
Within this module, students work independently in small project teams on individual tasks in the field of biomedical systems. The focus is on the development of systems consisting of hardware and software, for e.g. for automated diagnosis or therapy.
After completing the module, students can independently abstract the technical requirements for a biomedical system (e.g. for measuring and evaluating or simulating a physiological process). They can independently derive sub-projects from these requirements and create schedules. They have successfully independently developed, optimized and tested a system based on hardware and software, for example. Graduates are enabled to apply methodological skills, such as teamwork, in everyday working life.
